Major achievement – 100% of our operators are now certified on both regulated and non-regulated RCC tasks

We are proud to announce that 100% of our operators are now certified on both regulated and non-regulated RCC tasks — reaching this key regulatory milestone well ahead of the May 2026 deadline.

The Training & Certification task ensures that operators performing regulated activities at Regional Coordination Centres (RCCs) – such as Coreso – meet the competence standards required by European regulations. This task strengthens system operations security, supports transparency and traceability, and promotes a harmonised level of expertise across all RCCs.

Reaching full certification early demonstrates our strong commitment to operational excellence and to providing optimal service delivery to Transmission System Operators (TSOs).

This achievement was made possible thanks to strong collaboration across our teams, especially our Learning & Development and Operations departments. Well done to everyone involved!
